Galleon Systems, a company specialising in the manufacture of time synchronisation devices, requested a White Paper on the subject of Network Time Protocol (NTP) and Leap Seconds.
The paper was actually requested by a Galleon customer and required extensive research in order to produce a detailed and informative document.
Working to a tight deadline, the project involved simplifying a technical problem and presenting it in a way that could be understood by novices, but looked professional enough to engage NTP experts.
The document underwent a thorough proofreading process before publication and was delivered to the client on time, before being made available to all on Galleon’s website.
